Garden Fondant Cake

Attended Cherly Shun's recent fondant cake deco class.  Very humble and intelligent lady.  Glad to know that it is not that difficult to manage fondant, just need some practices and creativity. 

It is understood now why such 6" cake can cost easily $200++.

We were taught how to roll and make all petals and ladybirds too.  Very interesting class.
